A Harvest of Memories

My parents were Anton and Agatha Sander and I went to school at Spy Ridge School.

In 1951, I was married to Adam Gerein. We were employed in the Wilkie district until 1953 when we bought a farm from Peter Daratha, where we still live with our family.

WE have six children. They went to school at Norman Carter and McLurg.

Edwin was born in 1956. Wayne in 1958 and he married Karen Weber in 1978. They have two children, Jamie Lynee (1980) and Robyn (1983).

Brenda (1962) married Andy Metlewsky in 1982 and they live in Wilkie. Heather was born in 1964 and is employed in Wilkie. Lorraine was born in 1966 and married Robert Griffiths in 1983. They have a daughter, born in 1984 and live in Wilkie. Bob was born in 1967 and is in school present. Edwin and Wayne have been farming for a few years.

We have seen many changes and improvements in the past and hope progress will continue.
