Hospital Patients served in 1954 -- 1325.
During the past two decades, medical science and hospitalization have advanced tremendously. Consequently, hospital directorates and boards have had to assume greatly increased responsiblilities in providing moderm facilities required to keep abreast with the progress made in this field.
The Wilkie Union Hospital Board has been conscious of this renaissance and has alway been alert to the requisites of this community. Therefore, with the good fortune of having a competent and skilled medical staff, the board has been able to provide a complete service to the ailing citzens of this district, and I trust this attitude will prevail in the future.
