Rudd
Kentucky- 1800s
The
Howard’s knew Rudd was lush and green
Cheap land
had the potential for many dreams.
Transportation
was easy with a river nearby
“We
can grow anything desired if we try.”
Aunt
Adelaide and Uncle Edward prospered
The Rudd
Inn had the class guests stop for
Cousin
Tommy is cool says “Bert Howard,”
He is the
grease generating the flow power.
The
Pomeroy Clan knew the value of Rudd,
Families
worked hard; they knew they would
It was the
land of milk and honey arrivals said
They had
the good life; a life without dread.
Many
joyful, happy times were shared by all.
Still Bert
and Dollie heard the North Bend call
Fernando
and Alice were standing at the door
-Wanting
the whole family which they adored.
