Alvin Vair
The youngest of ten children made Alvin unique
Older kids do chores- I have a little physique.
I was so cute my proud mom
used to tell me.
Her hugs and kisses freely dispensed and free.
I loved to tease others- I
could hold my own
With wit I baffled others
until they were shown
They will think Im funny when they are older
I like seeing others use
the head on their shoulders.
Steele work kept Alvin in demand building
bridges
He kept cool with safety in mind; he avoided
ridges.
His dear wife Marie use to accept his playful
tease
He is a good man whom I
will forever try to please.
Marie passed away much too soon and a toll it
took-
Alvin found it hard to live;
love was hung on a hook.
The days, months and years passed by without
notice
His zest for life was gone, a broken heart he
showed us.
