In the book Chief Mountain Country; A History of Cardston and District Volume 11, there is a story on page 27 about William purchasing the Cahoon Hotel. On page 43 there is reference to Laurene Kiemele, daughter of Violet Vare.

 

In the book Endiang: Our Home, there is mention on page 597 of Lance and Kendra Kiemele.

 

In the book The English Colony; Nightingale and District, there is mention on page 378 of Dean and Larue Kiemele of Strathmore, formally of Cardston.

 

The book Forests to Grainfields has several references to George Kiemele. You can find them on pages 24, 37, 42, 56, 82, 89, 362.

 

In the book Gladys and Dinton through the Years; A History of the Gladys and Dinton Districts and the Biographies of the Men and women who Pioneered the Area, on page 186 is an article on the Francis family, including Estella who married William Kiemele.

 

In the book Settlers Along The Bow, there is an article on page 116 for the George M. Kiemele family.
