Wendell Howard-
A lifetime of treasured memories Wendell did have to
share.
Growing up a Howard in Frenchman Butte- nothing
compares-
For generations the lessons worth gold were free for
the take
Everyone knew that his or her beautiful life cycle
must not break.
Wendell is my first boy said his dad Fred- he will
drive any truck!
He will drive right through mean, hazardous conditions
and muck.
Father and son could conquer all; they both drove with
the best
Wendell worked long hard hours there was little time
for rest
Cliff enjoyed his first grandsons desire to explore
the great outdoors
He is a chip off the old block said Cliff as his proud
heart soared
Let’s not forget the garden patch that Wendell and
Cliff shared
Wendell honed to perfection his skill with potatoes-he
cared
A lifetime of mechanical flare; Bert’s first
gr-grandsons gift to be
Says Bert, Wendell is a mechanical genius just like
me.”
Wendell watched Bert as he created machine parts with
ease
Little did they know this was a mutual calling if you
please.
So it was with Wendell- the foundation for life was
laid
He chose Gertie, his friend, his soul mate, his
treasure made
His quest for happiness and love multiplied and were
his alone
His loving family empowered him as his big trucks did
groan
A blessed life Wendell enjoyed with all the nurturing
he had
He
learned his lessons well and thanked all his teachers so rad
Wendell was in tune with his world as the beauty did
unfold-
With his passion for living he deserved the great
trophy to hold.
Thanks For The Memories Wendell.
