Pioneers of the Bay of Quinte

Since 2005, a number of researchers have been working on the Quinte area WHITE family to find out who were the parents of Reuben White Esq. In the process we identified his parents as William White and Hannah Tompkins from NY and we are still trying to place them there. We also identified a brother and sister and perhaps a second brother and second sister.

There is a family claim that this White family descends from Peregrine White of the Mayflower. We are a long way from proving it!

In the process we have accumulated a lot of information and this is presented on several web pages on this site.
The purpose of this page is to help direct you between these pages.
