9 Sept. 1764 Plackerd Sciler of Orange co., North Carolina to Nicholas Welsh of Bedford co. 162 acres for 40 pounds; patented to James Patton, deceased, 3 Nov. 1750 and by him conveyed to said Scilor 8 Dec. 1763 on Craig's Creek.
