SAUSAGE BALLS Loretta McFeaters

3 c. bisquick 1 lb. hot spice sausage
3/4 c. water 1 lb. cheddar cheese (grated)

Mix cheese and sausage, add bisquick and water. Roll into small balls, bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Can be made ahead of time, bake and freeze, heat before ready to serve.
