RICE CASSEROLE Sara Gredler

1 c. Uncle Benís coverted long rice
1 can mushrooms
2 cans beef broth

Wash rice. Add rice, mushrooms, and beef broth. Pour in a casserole dish, cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees, stiring constantly. Serves 6.
