ORANGE GLAZED CRANBERRY PUMPKIN BREAD Loretta

3 1/2 c. all purpose flour 1 (16 oz.) can solid pack pumpkin
1 2/3 c. sugar 3/4 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. baking soda 2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice 4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt 1 (16 oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce
In a bowl, mix together four, sugar, baking soda, pumpkin spice, salt, and baking
powder. In second bowl, stir together remaining ingredients until well mixed. Add
pumpkin mixture to flour mixture; stir until all ingredients are well moistened.
Pur batter into 2 loaf pans greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes or until
bread tests done. After bread is completely cooled, then drizzle glaze over top and
side.
Glaze:
Mix:
1 c. powder sugar 1/8 tsp. ground allspice
1/4 c. undiluted orange juice concentrate
Mix until smooth
