MACARONIñBEEF SAUTÉ Loretta McFeaters

1 lb. ground round 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni 3 c. tomato juice
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 c.) 1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced (optional) 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef, macaroni, onion, green pepper, and garlic in oil until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat, add remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Uncovered, simmer for about 10 minutes
