BARBACUED HAMBURGERS

Saute in 2 tablespoons fat:

1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

Add 2 1/2 lbs hamburger, crumbling into small pieces as it browns Drain well:

Mix:

1 (8 oz) bottle catsup
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 bottle chili sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. salt

Mix sauce thoroughly, stir into browned hamburger, simmer for 5 minutes and serve over toasted buns, cut in half.
Serves 8.
