obituary of Sarah Richardson Hunt


"Mrs. Sarah Richardson Hunt died at her home in North Bloomfield on Saturday, July 14th, aged 85 years.

She was born in Livonia in 1832, the daughter of Rufus and Elizabeth Richardson, whose parents, pioneer settlers of Western New York, came from Vermont in 1804.  Mrs. Hunt came to this vicinity when quite young, and had always lived here.  She was married to Elston Hunt in 1866.  He died in 1913.  She leaves two daughters, Mrs. W. W. Shepard, of this village, and Miss Isabell Hunt, of North Bloomfield.

The funeral was held Monday afternoon."
