obituary of Daniel McFeaters


"Daniel McFeaters, 84, Church of teh Brethren Home, Scalp Level, formerly of Armagh, died Saturday, Oct. 3, 1970, in Windber Hospital.

Born Nov. 30, 1885, in Indiana County, he was a son of William L. and Annie Duncan McFeaters.

Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth McCullough, Pittsburg; two grandchildren: Robert and James; a sister, Mrs. Bessie Trindle, Johnstown; and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and the following brothers and sister: Warren, Garfield, Leon, Jesse, Mrs. Maria Harriger, Mrs. Lucy Harriger, Miss Kate McFeaters, Mrs. Mina Stiles, Mrs. Dale Boyer and Mrs. Elizabeth Ribblett.

Friends will be recieved after 3 pm Monday at Kenneth N. Gray Funeral Home, Seward, where funeral services will be held at 2 pm Tuesday.  Interment will be made in Armagh Cemetery."
