Will of Joseph Graham The last will and testament of Joseph Graham of Wheatfield Township, Indiana County, Pennsylvania. In the name of God, I, Joseph Graham, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory (blessed be almighty God for the same) do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following( that is to say) First--I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Hannah Graham, fifty acres of cleared ground adjoining Archibald Johnston including the mansion house with wood for all necessary purposes during her natural life, and also eight hundred dollars to be disposed of as she thinks right and best (excepting) that after her death, and the marriage, or decease, of my two daughters Anne and Ruth the land with its appurtenances shall revert to my son James. Item - I give and bequeath unto my daughter Isabella Logan one hundred dollars. Item - I also give and bequeath to my daughter Jane Hill one hundred dollars. Item - Also to my daughter Mary Hise one hundred dollars. Item - Also to Hannah Hise one hundred dollars. Item - to my son James two hundred and thirty six acres of land with all its appurtenances on the south end of the place, with two horses, wagon, and windmill. Item - to my daughter Anne I give and bequeath one hundred dollars, also one horse and three head cattle. Item - to my daughter Ruth also on hundred dollars and three head of cattle. The remainder of my property, goods and chattels herein not mentioned, I leave wholly to the disposal of my beloved wife as she may think meet and right. And I do hereby appoint Daniel Stanard Esq. of Indiana and my son James the sole executors of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
