Son of Samuel and Susannah [Fox] Williams born Glastonbury, CT Apr. 22, 1737(1), died Glastonbury, CT Feb. 16, 1782(2), married May 19, 1763 JERUSHA COLE daughter of Ebenezer Cole of Chatham(3). Solomon's mother Sussanah was the daughter of John and Sussanah [White] Fox of Deerfield, Franklin County, MA(4).

1. JERUSHA WILLIAMS born Feb. 14, 1764, died Oct. 29, 1766

SOLOMON WILLIAMS born July 12, 1766, died Sangerfield, Oneida County, NY Jan. 15, 1859 AE 92-6-3 buried Whelan Cemetery, Sangerfield, married Eastbury Society(6) Dec. 27, 1790 MARGARET STANCLIFT "Peggy" daughter of Comfort and Eunice [Ranney] Fox Stanclift born East Middletown, CT June 9, 1766, died Sangerfield, Oneida County, NY. June 9, 1843, AE 77 years, buried Wheland Cemetery . Before her marriage to Comfort Stanclift, Margaret's mother had been the widow of Samuel Fox, whose father, Joseph, was brother to John Fox mentioned above.

7. ELIZABETH WILLIAMS born Apr. 12, 1779, married Dec. 27, 1824 NEHEMIAH WEIRS by Charles Remington, Elder(8)

8. SAMUEL WILLIAMS born Feb. 28, 1782, married EDITH ____ born RI 1784(9). He moved with brother Solomon to Sangerfield, Oneida County, NY and remained there. He was living next to his brother's family in the 1850 Census.
