Doc Sexton delivered my husband Kenneth Flood in 1929 on a cold,
winter day at Mt.Judea, Arkansas.

Opal Sexton Duck, 84, of Chandler, Arizona, died February 20, 1994
at Glendale, Arizona where she had been in a rest home for the past
year.
She ws born at Mt.Judea on August 8, 1909, a daughter of
Dr. Walter Sexton and Oma Nichols Sexton. She was a retired sales
clerk and was a member of the Baptist Church in Chandler, where she
had resided for over 50 years.
Survivors include one son, James V. Duck of Lamar; a daughter-in-law
Martha Duck of Prescott, Arizona; ten grandchildren and 19 great-
grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Melvin Duck;
two sons, Gene Allen and Bobby Joe Duck; a daughter, Mary Sue Wiese;
a brother Luell Sexton; and a sister, Jimmie Henry.
Graveside services and interment were at the East Resthaven Cemetery>br> in Phoenix.

2)JAMES LIEULL SEXTON, born 25Sept1911.
He married(1) EMMA LOU GAGER
He married (2) MILDRED LORETTA STEINKE on 28June 1947.
They had three known children.
James died 24July1967 at Long Beach California and is buried in
Oakland Cemetery, Pope County, Arkansas.

3) JIMMIE SEXTON (daughter), born 27Aug1920.
She married (1)OWEN PATRICK DONOHUE on 3Feb1944.
She married (2)JAMES S. HENRY ON 9Nov1946.

Jimmie Sexton Henry died 31July1978 and is buried at Russellville
Pope County, Arkansas.

James Walter "Doc" Sexton died 4 Oct l945 at Dover, Pope County,
Arkansas.

iv: THOMAS JEFFERSON SEXTON, born l9 Oct l889
He married GRACIE BLACKWOOD on 5 Feb l9ll, page 31,Newton County.
He died on 20 April l968 in San Bernardino,California and is buried
there.
Gracie Blackwood Sexton, born 11Sept1891, died 30Jan1994. She was
almost 103 years young.

Helen married (2) JOHN WILLIAM SMITH on 8May1954 in San Bernardino
California.

Eileen Sexton Marshall died 6May1983.
Joseph died ll Mar l964 and is buried in Sexton Cemetery,Newton
County,Arkansas.
Dona Criner Sexton died 2Feb1978 with burial in Sexton Cemetery.

County. Alfred was son of David Crockett Smith and Margaret Emeline
Standridge. Alfred died 8Apr1958 with burial in Sexton Cemetery.
Effie died on l9 May l977,buried Sexton Cemetery,Newton County

Roy Sexton died 17Nov1972 at Fremont, Alameda County, California.
