the injuries that caused the death of Bill Weatherman.

ROBERT WESLEY WEATHERMAN
1928 Robert Wesley Weatherman was married to my great-great
aunt Eliza Jane Smith on 25 Dec 1898 in Christian County, Los Angles, CA. (don't know the cemetery).
According to the WWI draft registration card
Robert Wesley Weatherman was born 21 Oct 1874 in MO - the
stone shows 1875 but that is not unusual for the date to
be a year or so off. He died 05 Apr 1928 in Bristow, OK -
he and'Janie' as she was called had 10 children:
Gladys - Paul - Frank - Elmer- William - Emlie -
Etherline -> Lorine - Maxine and one child that died in
infancy.

ROBERT WESLEY WEATHERMAN
The following is from the Bristow Record Newspaper dated
5 Apr 1928
R W WEATHERMAN DIES AT HOME NEAR BRISTOW
Employee of Victor Gasoline Company Drops Dead After
Returning Home. R W Westherman 54 years old died Tuesday
morning at his home near the Victor Gasoline plant.A stroke
of apoplexy resulted in his death physicians said.He had
just returned home from the plant at which he had been
working and dropped dead at his home friends said.Funeral
arrangements had not been made at noon Tuesday.

6)HARDY SMITH, born 7Oct1880. Died 19Oct1880 with burial in
Ozark Cemetery.

JOHN HENRY SMITH
About four o'clock last Saturday morning, John H Smith, an
old resident and well-known in this community, living on
the Highlandville Road in the south part of town,suffered
a stroke of apoplexy from the effects of which he never
rallied, passing away about seven o'clock Saturday
evening,January 4,1913,surrounded by his family and
friends,aged 71 years and 4 months. Mr. Smith had been in
his usual health up to the time of the stroke,and was in
town some time Friday afternoon.
Mr. Smith was born in Searcy County, Arkansas and served
over two years in Co.H, 1st Ark. Cavalry. He came to
Christian County immediately after the war and was soon
married to Miss Susan Harper who survives him. His aged
mother, still living at age 92 years preceded him in
locating in Christian County.
Uncle John, as he was familiarly known, was the eldest of a
family of twelve children, six of who are stil living,
to-wit:Martin Smith of Webster County; Edward Smith of
Barry County; Irvin Smith of Sparta;Marion Smith of Ozark;
Mrs. Eliza Farmer of Sparta, and Mrs. Melia Roberts of
Sparta.He also leaves five children, two sons and three
daughters;to-wit:Mrs. J.M. Williams of Ozark;
Mrs. Wesley Weatherman of Selmore;Mrs.Sam James of
Kelleyville, OK; Mr. Lon Smith who resides on the old home
place south of town,and Mr. Eck Smith who lives north of
town.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternnon at the
Baptist church by his pastor, Rev. Vanover. Mr. Smith had
been a devoted member of the Ozark Baptist Church for over
26years.
In the death of John H.Smith,Ozark loses a good citizen
and the family a kind and loving husband, father and
brother, who feel their loss keenly.
The Republican sympathizes with the family in their bereavement.
