HENRY A BRISTOW, born ca 1846 in Arkansas, who married
(1) Angeline SKAGGS BEASLEY on 9 June 1867 in Johnson County,
Arkansas. Angeline was daughter of William SKAGGS.
She was born 29 March 1841 in Green County, Kentucky

Angeline Skaggs first married Alexander Beasley on 13 Jan 1859 in
Johnson County, Arkansas.
Alexander Beasley, born 1837 in Johnson County, Arkansas, enlisted
2 September 1863 at Warren, Arkansas in Co. A, Second Arkansas
Infantry(Union) during Civil War.
The Arkansas Civil War Union Soldier Index does not show
when Alexander Beasley died. One could send for his Civil War Pension
Record to find all the details.

The Johnson County, Arkansas Court records show:
Henry (A)Bristow guardian of William A Beasley.
"27 April 1869:
Alexander Beasley dec. Harry N Bristow guardian of minors, Bristow
now married to Beasleys widow Angeline Bristow. Children: W A;
Evaline; and Mary A; Angeline says Bristow married her for the pension
the children were getting then he moved to Missouri".
Son ++Sidney Alonzo "Lonzo" Bristow was born in 1868, so he
would be the son of Henry A Bristow.

HARVEY N(HARRY?) BRISTOW, born ca 1846 in Arkansas.
Is he a twin to Henry? So there is a Henry and a Harvey(Harry?).
Married Angeline Skaggs Beasley Bristow on 3 May 1869 in Johnson County,
Arkansas.

Johnson County, Arkansas. She was daughter of Gilbert Smith and
Mary Brassfield Smith of Newton County, Arkansas.
Lonzo and Angeline moved to Maud (Seminole County, Oklahoma)
Lonzo Bristow was sheriff of Newton County, Arkansas 1906-1908
Children I have record of were: Viola; Archie C (1890-1893; Obie;
William "Bill"; Buster; Esther; Montie and Byron Bristow.

HARVEY(HARRY?)N BRISTOW married (2) Sarah M Parkerson Sutton about
1877.

He must be the Jefferson C Beasley, born 26 Oct 1876 and died on
17 Dec 1895 with burial in Walnut Cemetery.
So the Bristow children were listed both in Newton County and Johnson
Counties on the 1880 census.

William A Beasley married M J (Amanda?)J Casey in 1882, in Newton
County, Arkansas.
Emeline(Eveline?) married Benjamin Jones in 1881 in Newton County.
Mary Ann Beasley married Gus Culbertson in 1882.
Several Beasley children are buried in Walnut Cemetery, Newton County,
Arkansas. They are children of William A and M J Casey Beasley.

Angeline Beasley married John Curtis, age 48, on 23 May 1881 in
Newton County, Arkansas.

Angeline Skaggs Beasley Bristow Bristow Curtis died on 26 October 1923
and is buried in Walnut Cemetery, Newton County, Arkansas.
She is buried under the name Beasley.
