Marystown was a region on the northwest side of the Seigniory of Beauharnois. It was bounded on the northwest by the St Lawrence River, on the southwest by the Domain du Buisson and Helenstown region, on the southeast and east by the Rivière St-Louis and the North Georgetown and Annstown regions of the seigniory.

Sixth Concession / Sixième Concession
(A concession or range of lots along the west side of the Rivière St-Louis, 2.1mi (3.4km) SSW of the Town of Beauharnois. It had previously been reserved by the Seigneur as the Domaine St-Louis. It is presently between the Beauharnois Power Canal and the St-Louis River and is split between the territories of the Municipalities of Beauharnois and St-�tienne.)
