Marystown was a region on the northwest side of the Seigniory of Beauharnois. It was bounded on the northwest by the St Lawrence River, on the southwest by the Domain du Buisson and Helenstown region, on the southeast and east by the Rivière St-Louis and the North Georgetown and Annstown regions of the seigniory.

(The fourth concession in the region of Marystown, Seigniory of Beauharnois. It was located about halfway between the St-Lawrence and St-Louis Rivers and is today within the Municipality of Beauharnois. The area is now almost completely submerged by the Beauharnois Power Canal and Seaway.)
