Marystown was a region on the northwest side of the Seigniory of Beauharnois. It was bounded on the northwest by the St Lawrence River, on the southwest by the Domain du Buisson and Helenstown region, on the southeast and east by the Rivière St-Louis and the North Georgetown and Annstown regions of the seigniory.

(The concession or range of farms, south of the Premiere/Seconde Concession (Marystown) and now comprising the southern most third of the Municipality of Melocheville. Most of it is now submerged by the Beauharnois Power Canal and Seaway.)
