he died at his brothers home William R. SURRETT a62y in Jumbo, Oklahoma.

the South; (Lamar Co., TX. south of Choctaw Co., OK) Atoka Co.
on the West.

This 1920 Census is the last record found of this family.!

There oldest child William R. Surrett was involved in establishing
the first Church of Christ church in the community of Antlers, and
it has been told that he helped establish several churches in the
area. He was also active in forming the first local republican party
in southeastern Oklahoma. He also was very active in purchasing real
estate in the Antlers area. [REF:#2503.004]
