I  R.W. Bradley do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling any and all wills by me heretofore at any time made in this the 26th day March of the year Nineteen hundred.

Article 1st  I want my burial expenses and all other just debts I may owe at my death to be paid out of moneys on hand, if not on hand, out of the first collections made by my executors.

Article 2nd  I want and so will that my notes and accounts that may be outstanding to be collected by my Executors and my personal and perishable property be sold and all the funds arising from said collection and sales be equally divided among my children.

Article 3rd  As my son J.E. Bradley has bought and paid for all my children’s interest in my home place or real estate I will and so desire that at and after my death he be not in any way molested in taking possession or holding control of the same, which according to the trades he executed with my children, falls into his hands at my death.

Article 4th  It is my will and I so direct, appoint and purposes my sons W.A. Bradley and J.E. Bradley to be my Executors to carry out this last will and Testament without requiring Bond of them, and as little Court expense as possible.

In testimony whereof I have hereunto affixed my name in the presence of the witnesses hereinafter stated and on the day and date above written.

A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of R.W. Bradley dec’d was this day produced in open Court for probate there being no contest, the same was duly proven by the oath of W.T. McGlothlin one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, where the same was ordered recorded as said last Will and Testament of R.W. Bradley, dec’d
