Somerville Funeral will be held today
Funeral services for Thomas B. Somerville , 75, veteran saw mill Operator and native of Robertson County will be held from the residence of his daughter, Mrs. Tommie Johnson, 1407 Laurel Street this afternoon at 3 o'clock. The Rev. A. W. Duncan will conduct the service and burial will be at Spring Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Somerville died at 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon after an illness of several months. He moved to Nashville 7 years ago from Franklin, Ky.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sallie Durrett Somerville, two sons, E. A. Somerville of Nashville and Charles L. Somerville of Portland, Tenn., four daughters, Mrs. Eva Barry of White House, Tenn., Mrs. Curtis Pace of Cuba Landing, Tenn., Mrs. Lula Wright and Mrs. Tommie Johnson of Nashville.
Pallbearers will be Billie Wild, W. J. Jones, Samuel Allen, Robert Radar, Gus Freeland and Frank Durrett.
