Garnett (Knute) Johnson, 69 years, Saturday, September 25, 1982 at Veterans
Hospital. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Sandra Keen, Portland,
Mrs. Toni Turney, Franklin, Ky., Mrs. Ann Starnes, Bowling Green, Ky.; three
sons, Steve, Dale and Johnny Johnson, all of Franklin, Ky. ten
grandchildren, mother Mrs. Lela Johnson, Portland; one sister, Mrs. Winnie
Lane, Louisville, Ky., two brothers, Guilford Johnson and J. D. Johnson both
of Portland. Remains are at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home where
services will be conducted Monday, 10 a. m. September 27, 1982 with Rev.
Richard Patton officiating. Pallbearers are Charles (Tony) Deasy, Allen
Searcy, Lewis Link, James Webb, H. A. Buntin, and Joe Byrum. Interment
Maple Hill Cemetery.
