At her home, Survived by one daughter, Mrs. Sue Dye Keller, Cookeville, Tenn., one son, James W. Dye III, Bowling Green, Ky., two sisters, Mrs. Rebecca Caudill Ayers, Urbana, Ill., Mrs. Alma Caudill Smith, Columbus, In., one brother, Mr. Tillman Caudill, West Point, Miss., eight-grandchildren.  Remains are at Wilkinson Wiseman Funeral Home where services will be conducted Thursday, September 30, at 2 pm by Brother James Creech.  Interment Maple Hill Cemetery.
