Upon petition of Nelson B. Turner Guardian of John A. Turner, It is ordered by the Court that a notice ______ to John A. Turner to appear at the next term of the Court and select another Guardian so that the said Nelson B. Turner be permitted to resign his said Guardianship.

Upon the petition of Nelson B. Turner Guardian of James A. Turner minor of James D? Turner dec'd It appearing to the court that the order of the Court at last term found been served upon said minor and it further appearing to the Court that said Minor had arrived at the age of fourteen years and that he had made choice of John W. Head thereon appears in Open Court together with James M. Head Pascal Head his security and entered into and acknowledged their bond to the State of Tennessee in the sum of Ten thousand dollars conditioned as the Law directs which is approved y the Court It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said Nelson B. Turner is released from his said Guardianship and that he pay the effects in his hands to said Head as Gu. as soon as the same can be realized.

Ordered by the court that Nelson B. Turner be appointed Guardian of Almedia & M.M. Carter Minors and thereupon the said Nelson B. Turner with John T. Carter and John S. Carr his security appeared in Open Court and entered into and acknowledged that bond to the State of Tennessee in the penal sum of Twenty thousand dollars conditioned as the law directs.
