He was the son of Michael PEAVY and Susannah DICKSON. Littleton was born 31 January 1810 in Georgia and died 30 January 1861 in Mitchell County, Georgia.

Ann's father was Williamson MIMS. He owned plantations in Dooly and Houston Counties, Georgia. And his will was recorded in Houston County, Georgia.

Ann later married William F. HARDY 14 September 1842 in Houston County, Georgia. She is buried in Perry, Houston County, Georgia.

Littleton is listed in the 1860 Mitchell County, Georgia census. His occupation was listed as "Boss Carpenter," and his personal value was listed as $200. Littleton was buried in Camilla, Mitchell County, Georgia.

William Henry PEAVY, son of Littleton Dickson PEAVY and Ann MIMS, was born 31 July 1827 in Macon, Bibb County, Georgia and died 16 April 1890 in Byron, Houston County, Georgia. He married Elizabeth JACKSON 1847 in Knoxville, Crawford County, Georgia. She was born 20 December 1830 in Georgia and died 6 March 1911.

According to the 1860 Houston County, Georgia census Charles's estate value was $1,500. In the 1880 Suwannee County, Florida census, his occupation was listed as a farmer. Charles was buried in the New Harmony Cemetery in Florida.

PEARCE 8 September 1853. William died in the Civil War. Cynthia later married James Appleton PARRAMORE 27 September 1865 in Thomas County, Georgia. James was the son of Matthew PARRAMORE and Nancy WILCOX. He was born 16 December 1836 in Thomas County, Georgia and died 27 April 1910 in Thomas County, Georgia.

In the 1880 Thomasville, Thomas County, Georgia census, James was listed as a farmer.

Michael C. PEAVY, son of Littleton Dickson PEAVY and Ann MIMS, was born 13 January 1835 in Perry, Houston County, Georgia and died 20 November 1907 in Johnson County, Georgia. He married Mary Anne HARDY 1855. She died 1868. Michael later married Sarah Ann Rebecca TURNER 9 October 1870 in Georgia. She was the daughter of James TURNER and Lephvicia CARRINGTON. Sarah was born 5 October 1856 in Washington County, Georgia and died 11 August 1901 in Washington County, Georgia.

According to the 1860 Houston County, Georgia census Michael could not read or write.

During the Civil War (as of 6 May 1862) Michael was a private with Company C of the 54th Georgia Infantry. He listed his residence as Emanuel County, Georgia. A transcript of a muster roll read "...Wounded in right arm, necessitating amputation, at Kennesaw Mountain, Georgia 27 June 1864."

A Washington County, Georgia newspaper dated Thursday, 12 August 1886 read as follows:
"Washington County's Maimed Confederates -
A pamphlet recently published by the Executive Department in Atlanta, detailing names of maimed Confederates entitled to bounty, and regulations detailing its disbursement had been kindly handed us by Judge NEWMAN. From it we publish the following list of Confederate veterans in Washington County entitled to bounties:
...Michael PEAVY..."

Michael was buried in Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery in Georgia.

He died in 1912. Ophelia later married Asa Lorenza LOGUE 6 September 1914. He was the son of William LOGUE and Sarah BROWN. Asa was born 19 June 1877 in Hancock County, Georgia and died 16 August 1957 in Tennille, Washington County, Georgia. Ophelia and Asa are buried at Bethany Baptist Church Cemetery in Georgia.
