When one looks at his real estate and personal property values, he must have done quite well and provided for his family very sufficiently.

Daniel I. and Hannah E. Peavey Odell took in their niece, America, after the death of her parents.
Her father, John Johnson Peavey died in 1846. John was the brother of Hannah.
Her mother, Mary, died in 1850. America died 2 Oct 1860 while living with Aunt Hannah & Uncle Daniel Odell.
