My Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty are pleased to direct that in cases of wilful destruction or loss by neglect, of mess utensils now furnished for the use of the crews, of Her Majesty's, Ships, the value of the articles so lost or destroyed shall be charged against the wages of the members of the mess which they may have been supplied, according to the following scale of prices, viz:-
