Art. 105, p. 37. of Addenda to Queen's Regulations.

1. The Candidate must have passed through a recognised Training College, and obtained at least a 3rd Class Certificate. All Naval Schoolmasters, are required to enter under the Continuous Service Regulations.
2. Naval Schoolmasters will be required to instruct Boys of the 1st and 2nd Class serving on board the Ship to which they are appointed, and to conduct schools for Adults, under the orders of he Captain and the superintendence of the Chaplain.
