Memorandum No. 16.-W.

Admiralty, 26th November, 1868.

My Lord, Commissioners of the Admiralty are pleased to direct that, after the 1st April, 1869, the Examination of Officers at the Royal Naval College for the Rank of Navigating Lieutenant shall be the same as that for the Rank of Lieutenant in Her Majesty's Fleet.
