Admiralty, 13th October, 1860.

The Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs having informed my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty, that the Netherlands Government has represented that Regulations for Dutch Ships of War not to salute the Consuls of other nations are no longer in force, their Lordships are pleased to direct that the Circular Order of the 22nd September 1851, No. 91 for British Ships of War not to salute Dutch Consuls shall be considered as cancelled.
