In April 2005, Nancy Baker of the Bradford-Sullivan Forest Landowners Association requested permission from Kathy Heilman [the author] and the Sullivan County Genealogical Web Project to use portions of the information on our Settlers Page XXIV, entitled Joseph Hoagland: Dutch Pioneer in Sullivan County, in their local Associaton newsletter. We were happy to give permission and, in exchange, the Association was generous enough to let us display their lovely production here on the same Sullivan County Genealogical Page. We are grateful to Nancy and her fellow Association members for doing so and commend them on their commitment to the environment and history of the local area.
