Our killed and Wounded.

We issued an extra, on Saturday evening, giving a list of killed and wounded in our companies of the 134th Reg't - There were some errors in that, which are corrected below as far as possible. From Capt. Clarke's Company, (formerly O'Briens,) we substitute the official report of Lieut. Ewer. From Capt. Hague's company, we have the letter of Mr. McCleary. We have nothing official, yet from Capt. Shaw, or Mr. Creay, or anything from the company formerly commanded by Capt. McCune.

The Roundheads, we learn, were not in the battle.

The following lists from the companies of Capts. Shaw and McCready, are as furnished by Capt. McConnell, who returned on Saturday. We regret that Mr. McCleary does not give the nature of the wounds from his company.

CAPT. CLARKE'S COMPANY.

FORMERLY O'BRIEN.

The following is the official list of casualties in the above Company, received from Lieut. Euwer, commanding: Marshall McMillen, killed by ball in head; Cossitt Reynolds, side, died Dec. 17th; John W. Danaldson, knee, not severe; Andrew Redman, back bruised; Samuel Wallace, foot and face, not severe; J. D. Orr, arm, not severe; Wm. H. McConnell, head, by ball, not severe; Felx Morgan, missing, supposed to be dead; Thomas O'Brien, missing supposed to be dead; Fred L. Stewart, missing supposed to be dead.

Extract of a letter from Jno. C. M'Cleary of Capt. Hague's Company, from Enon Valley.

"The ball opened on Thursday morning early. We could hear from our camp our siege guns playing on Fredericksburg, which burnt a good deal of the town. Our forces crossed that day, to force, and drove the rebels beyond the town. We broke camp in the morning early, and moved down to within two miles of the city, and bivouacked on the ground for the night, and on Friday one mile farther toward the city. Heavy cannonading and musketry firing all day. Turned in and bivouacked for the night. On Saturday, marched down at noon and crossed the Rappahannock to the city. Heavy battle going on all day on the outskirts of the city. Our division moved round the city till near dark, when we formed in line of battle, fixed bayonets and charged on the enemy's works or rifle pits. From the bank behind which we formed, to the enemy's lines, I suppose was about a quarter of a mile. We started up over the bank with a shout, and on the double quick, being exposed to the enemy's fire as soon as we cleared the bank behind which we formed.

After getting over the bank, the ground was level to the rebel lines where it ascended gradually to a hill. At the base of the hill was a rebel line, back was the rebel battery, on the right and left, batteries commanding us, and I tell you it was a hot place for a man to get into.

Our brigade charged over another brigade of our division - who were lying in line of battle behind a board fence. We marched over them; trampling them terribly. After passing these, we continued on, say five rods, when we came to another fence which was pretty well demolished, crossed it into a corn field, went 4 or 5 rods into this, when a retreat was ordered, as the place was too hot to do any good. The rebels just mowed us down when in the cornfield. We could see nothing of them but their line of fire. - We took aim at the fire and discharged our muskets as well as we could. While taking aim a Minnie ball entered the front and upper corner of my haversack, went through two tin pans, over coat and two dress coats, through the upper part of my pocket and just drew the blood near the bowels, when it ran down my pants leg into my boot. I think the tin pans saved me. My canteen strap which hung on my other side, was nearly shot in two. The cape of my overcoat was shot on top of my shoulder. I send you a list of the killed, wounded and missing. Capt. Hague went into the fight with a rifle and got one shot put in. On the retreat he was wounded in the back. Al. M'Ginnis was wounded in the mouth, - a bad wound.

I went back on the field after dark to look after the wounded. It was an awful sight. The dead lay so thick that a person could hardly walk. I helped carry several on stretchers to the ambulance. - We found Lieut. Barns lying dead in the cornfield. I learned that our men had charged eleven times over the same ground; but all to no good.

Killed. - Lieut. H. Barnes, Jos. A. Davidson, Robert Miller, Albert Feasil.

Wounded. - Capt. Hague, severe, Isaac Murdock, Jos. M'Millen, A. M. Cunningham, Jos. Boyd, Richard R. Brown, Reed A. Davidson, Johnston Degarmo, Jno. C. Dilworth, Jos. F. Dunlap, Jas. Lusk, Geo. W. Leslie, Samuel McKim (since dead,) A. G. M'Ginnis severe, Wm. B. Miller, Hiram Whittenberger, F. D. Williams, Walter a Young, Miller Dillon, Wm. M'Candless. Many of these are slight.

Missing. - Noah Jenkins, Samuel Benson, Smith M'Nutt, P. T. Snyder. Most of the above lists are from Little Beaver and North Beaver townships, in this county. - ED.

We learn also that George A. Price was killed, and Corporal George R. Smith seriously wounded. They were both of Wayne township, this county, and both in Co. H, of the ninth Pa. Reserves.

P. S. Capts. McCready, Hague and Breckenridge all wounded, are at home. We have seen Capt. McCready; but he knows nothing of the wounded in his company, having been carried off the field as soon as wounded. He knows nothing of the Harlansburg company.
