in western Erath Co., Texas

From Desdemona, go 4.9 miles east on Hwy 8 toward Stephenville.  Turn left on Co. Rd. 397
and go about 5 miles.  It will be on the left side next to the road, and somewhat higher than the road. 
It is rather over-grown, but with a visible sign.
