Site visitor Scott Hall recently found the list of names that are shown below, while searching early tax records of Venango Township. These tax records list the names of children whose parents are thought to be unable to pay for their schooling. Scott has advised that some names may be spelled wrong, although he has tried to indicate questionable entries.
