The above couple, Charles Dougan and Rachel Davis, are GGG/Grandparents to the submitter, Monica Erickson. Charles' parents were Mathew and Roxanna Dougan. Mathew died in 1821 near Erie (unknown location for sure). Rachel's parents were Isiah Davis and Polly Witham from Vermont. Charles and Rachel were married in 1834 and had 14 children.
