HUISH Biography of the George Hyde Huish Family
I have an extensive biography of the
George Hyde Huish family who settled in Pittsburgh just after the
civil war. His 4 children were born in Pittsburgh as well as some
of their children so it has strong Allegheny county roots to it.

Wilkinson-Topley Family
http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~njwilk/ has
roots in eastern Allegheny County going back to at least 1814. Surnames
in the county include WILKINSON, TOPLEY, NATCHER, McDERMOTT, GODFREY,
SCHUCHMAN, BUTLER, SICKMAN, LINHART, and McGOWAN. The site includes
some transcribed records including wills, obituaries, and census
records. A Life and Times area includes snippets of information about
the world in which my family has lived. A surname index to The History
of Allegheny County by A. Warner & Co. published in 1889 may interest
other Allegheny county researchers.
