She iwas the widow of the Dr. H R Hearin and made her home here for several years. She removed to Baton Rouge in 1900. The funeral was held in Baton Rouge this afternoon. Conway, Feb. 4 - Mrs. T.A. Hearn, wife of the Rev. T.A. Hearn, a missionary to China for the Methodist Episcopal church, South, and a former resident of Conway, died at her home at Shanghai January 20, according to messages received here. Her husband and two sons, Walter A. and Robert, both graduates of Hendrix College survive her.; ag2/5/17

HegwoodJohnBentonville, March 26 - John H Hegwood, aged 77, who lived near Larue, died suddenly at his home there yesterday. He was a Confederate veteran, a member of Company F, Twenty second Arkansas Infantry. He was captured at the fall of Little Rock and spent 18 months in the federal prison at Camp Morton. HeinzeBarnhardBernhard Heinze, 45, died at the family residence, 1123 Center street, at 4:45 o'clock yesterday morning after a long illness. He is survived by his wife, one son, Bernhard Heinze Jr., two daughters, Mrs. E.U. Weigle and Miss Mildred Heinze; one brother, Henry Heinze, and one sister, Mrs. Bertha Hoffman of Germany. Funeral services will be held from St. Edward's church, Ninth and Sherman streets, at 3 o'clock this afternoon. The Rev. Father Maurus will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery. The pallbearers will be James Casaretts, Frank Rosenberger, Jo Jung, Gus Leymer, M. E. Akin and F.A. Garrett, active; Brant Lawrence, Alex Robertson, J.A. Kline, Ed Monahan, Thomas Lonergan and J.P. Hammond, honorary.

Mr. Heinze was born in Shlesein, Germany, June 10, 1869. At the age of 15 he came to America alone and settled in Little Rock. Soon after he went into the confection and bakery business at 718 Main street, where he remained for 22 years. He then removed to 914 Main street and continued his business until two years ago, when he retired because of ill health. He was the first confectioner in the state to use electricity in the manufacture of ice cream and frozen deserts. He was a member of the Woodmen of the World, Forest Camp, No. 5; and the Ancient Order of United Workmen.; ag4/1/15

HicksJamesJames Hicks, negro, 30 years old, laborer at the Big Rock Stone and Constrution Copany, at the foot of Big Rock, was instantly killed by being crushed in a stone elevator about 11 o'clock yesterday morning. There were no witnesses to the acident and it is believed Hicks was caught in one of the buckets and lifted about six feet before it was torn loose by striking a shaft. HillHowardWaldron, May 19 - Howard Hill, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs Jack Hill, accidentally shot himself fatally last night while playing with a .22-caliber target rifle, and died an hour later without regaining consciousness. A bullet from the gun struck the boy in the forehead.

The accident occurred while the young man was sitting in his automobile at the gate of Mayor J.O. Hart. Mr. Hart's daughters, Misses Johnnie and Fern, were in the car with him. His father is in Detroit, Mich.; ag5/20/17

HillJohnNashville, Feb. 10 - John Hill died at the family home in North Nashville Wednesday night of Menigitis. Funeral services were held at the Nashville cemetery yesterday. Mr. Hill was a son of the Rev. J.B. and Mrs. Hill. As a mark of respect the general offices of the Memphis, Dallas and Gulf railroad at Nashville and Hot Springs were closed yesterday afternoon and all trains were stopped on that road for five minutes at 4 oclock, the hour of the funeral. HinsonEdEd Hinson, a negro well known to Argenta people from his powerful build, good character and advanced age, died Thursday at his home on East Ninth street. The body was sent yesterday to Malvern, where he has a son engaged in the undertaking business. He was 93 years old, and thought to be the oldest inhabitant of Argenta.
