She was born Nov. 4, 1969, at Fayetteville, and was a graduate of Carlisle High School, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and UAMS, Little Rock. She was a member of Delta Delta Delta soroity at University of Arkansas. She was a family practice physician at Clarksville Medical Group.

Survivors are husband, Andy; daughters, Lauren Elizabeth and Alexis Katharin of the home; parents, Richard "Dicky" and Dianne buffalo, Carlisle; sisters, and brother-in-law, Suzanne and Brian Bible, Tampa, Fla., Alexandria Buffalo Carlisle; brother, Richard Buffalo, Carlisle; grandparents, Dorothy and the late Robert Buffalo, Carlisle, Bob and Betty Parker, Carlisle.

She will be dearly missed by her family and friends who dearly loved her so much. Her patients though she was a loving and devoted doctor. Her associates respected her work and valued her friendship.

A scholarship memorial fund for Calisle High School students who are interested in pursuing a medical degree has been established in her name. It was Elizabeth's dream from the time she was five years old to be a doctor and she worked very hard to do so. By establishing the fun she will help others to fulfill their dreams.

With family close around, her mother kept her warm and rocked as she sang her lullabies. Alexandra left peacefully, and is now with her father in heaven where she feels His everlasting love. Her family is so grateful to have had Alexandra in their lives for the past eight months. She touched many lives and will be greatly missed.
