Kay from Florida , and a team of volunteers, consisting of the following MOJEFFER ROOTS-L Mailing List members, transcribe historical newspapers for Jefferson County, MO. We call this "Clerc's Specifics" because Kay's maiden name was Clerc (pronounced Clair) and one of her Ggrandfather's products was called Clerc's Specific. With Kay's permission, they are being placed online on USA Genealogy for all researchers to use and enjoy freely. Please note that these transcriptions may not be redistributed, sold or published elsewhere without her written permission.
