Waldo, Charles Augustus - was born
November 26, 1844 and came to Oregon from New Hampshire. His daughter
was Mrs. Orpha SOPER.
Charles was the son of Samuel and Orpha (WALKER) WALDO, who moved
their family from Sullivan and Cheshire Cos., NH to Pottawattamie Co.,
IA around 1850. Charles left Iowa some time after 1860 and was married
in Baker City, OR in 1890. He died there in 1924.
Watkins, Mark Anthony - was born November
20, 1831, was married to Martha Maria Langley and came from Yorkshire Endgland.
Their children were Mark A.,James.Anna Maria,Robert,Minnie,Manie,and Pearl.
WATSON, Vincent - was born December 22,
1799 and came to Oregon from Iowa,and settled near Tangent in the Orleans
area.He and his wife Mary Broderick had the following children:Catherine,
Permelia, Perry Noah, Henry, Margaret, Jasper, Vincent M., Abner, Mary
E.,and Minerva Jane.
Winchester, Thomas D. - was born July
22, 1813 and came to Oregon from Michigan. His children were George,Ellen,and
Charles.
Wright, John Summer - was born June
17, 1833 and came to Oregon abt 1853 from Tennessee. He was married
to Fredonia Francis Tycer and had the following children: William
Jaspar Wright, Sarah Jane , John Newton,Mary E.,
Thomas B. Jefferson, James Virgil, Rutha Belle, and Lewis Oliver.
