A




 AGEE, Benjamin Coats - was born September 27, 1837.  He first came to Oregon with his parents from MO to Gopher Valley, Yamhill Co. and later moved to Oak Creek, Douglas Co. in 1869.  Hew was teh Sheriff of Douglas Co. and farmed 160 acres of prunes at Civil Bend, he ranched a total of 1400 acres.  Benjamin Died January 21, 1920 in Roseburg.  Benjamin was married to Sarah Elizabeth Lady.  Sarah grew up in Yamhill Co. and Died 1925 in Roseburg. Benjamin had the following children:  Oscar, Orvil, Rowland, Norman, Miles, Minnie, Millie, May, Asher, Rose, Fred, Daisy, Earl, Elmer.



 AGEE, Isaac - was born October 18, 1811 and moved to Yamhill Co. from MO.  He settled on a DLC where he died September 9, 1900.  HIs wife Died December 14, 1893 on the same DLC.  they had the following Children:  Wm T., Mary E., Wilson, Benj.C., John, Malissa A., Matthew, James, Jackson, Sarah M., Judy B., Jasper, Isaac, Charles M.


 ALDRICH, Ellery Wood - was born in 1814 and lived in New York, Michigan, and Iowa before moving to Oregon.  He first came to Linn City then to Eight-Mile in Wasco Co,, then to John Day and Grant Co.  Ellery was married to Cynthia Eurena Cecelia Alice Sweet and had the following Children:  Edward Eugene, Francelia Josephine, Louisa Ellery Frank, Elmer Oliver, Ella Maryann Jane, Icelius, Nelson, Elnora Jennet, Ida Cecelia, George Waltzingham, Reno and Henry.


 Angel, John  - was born on April 21, 1830 he came to Oregon after the 1850 census and died before 1860 census. Info came from Cynthia Jane Angel's Bible.  Place of death from 1860 census Mortality schedule.


 ATTERBURY, Greene Rufus Pinckney -was born April 23, 1827 and moved from Missouri to Oregon with the AGEE family.  He settled near Sheridan, OR and the in Willamina, Yamhill co., where he is listed in the 1860 census.  He then moved to Oak Cr., in Douglas Co, during the 1870.  The 1880 census lists him in Mount Scott, Douglas Co.  Greene was married to Mary Emmaline AGEE and they had the following children:  Wilson B., Tilmon C., Syrilda J., Elizabeth C., Isaac O,. Wiseman, Wm R., Martha M., Mary J., James E., Anna I., Irving, and Etta E.


 Awbrey, Thomas Nolan - was born December 17, 1791 and came to Oregon from Ray Co. MO.  He was married to AMelia Ann Grubbe and their children were:  Marsha C., Milton F., Elizabeth, Thomas Jefferson, Marion, Eliza C., William D. and James Walter.
Thomas Nolan and his non Milton filed for Donation Land claims in Lane Co. in the area wehre Awbrey Park, north of River Road, (Eugene).  Marshall had the first cabin in the Bend area and was founder? of Yreka, CA.
