     William P. PARKER, son of Warren PARKER and Hannah WEST, was born on 22 January 1859 in Bibb County, Alabama.1 He was a witness After the death of Hannah her children, all being minors, were taken in by her sister, Isabella, and her husband, John Babb, in Corinth, Mississippi. Only Catherine, who had already married, did not go with them with Hannah WEST after 3 October 1865 in Corinth, Mississippi.2

William married Bessie Simpson on 22 April 1884 in Corinth, Mississippi.2
