     Andrew Lee ARNOLD, son of Francis Marion ARNOLD and Mary FULTON, was born on 17 April 1863 in Bibb County, Alabama. He was also known as Lee. He was an attorney practicing in Bibb County, Alabama. On 21 Jan 1884 he was appointed postmaster at Ashby, a position he held until 21 Jan 1886.1
