     Rufus PARKER, son of Warren PARKER and Hannah WEST, was born on 19 September 1848 in Bibb County, Alabama.1 He was a witness After the death of Hannah her children, all being minors, were taken in by her sister, Isabella, and her husband, John Babb, in Corinth, Mississippi. Only Catherine, who had already married, did not go with them with Hannah WEST after 3 October 1865 in Corinth, Mississippi.2

Rufus PARKER died on 11 May 1933 in Floydada, Texas, at age 84.2
