Jane (?) died in 1823 in Jasper County, Georgia.
Jane left a will dated 16 October 1823 in Jasper County, Georgia. She left her son-in-law, Francis Wisdom, husband of youngest daughter Ellinor Kennedy, a tract of land in Henry county 8th district and 69th regiment. She left her two granddaughters, Emaline and Carolne Kennedy, five dollars. She left her son, William Kennedy, one dollar. She also left one dollar to Jane Anderson, Mary Abney, James Kennedy and John Kennedy. She left what was left of the estate after her just debts and funeral expenses were paid to Francis Wisdom. Finally she left one dollar to Dorena Crawford. Witnesses were Samuel Sistrunk and William Jones. The will was probated 19 Feb 1824.3
